LCI: Residential Project (First Floor)

We completed this project last year, and I am very excited to finally show it to you all. This home went through a complete renovation, with the better part of the structure going down to the studs. The builder was able to preserve the front facade and framework of the front rooms, which was very important to the homeowners as the property was originally built in the 1920’s and has been in their family for many years.

The floor plan was re-worked and many new rooms were added.

The kitchen is part of the new addition at the back of the house.

Our client wanted the space to feel bright and open, with plenty of counter space and storage.

The built-in banquette in the kitchen provides plenty of seating for casual family dining.

I hope you like it! I’ll be back next week to show you the second floor.
